To cut off all ties with organized crime groups and other anti-social forces and to prevent harm from them, the NEXTA Founding Team ("we," "us," or "our") has adopted the following basic policy.
1. No relationships
We have no relationships of any kind with anti-social forces, including business transactions.
2. Organizational response
We respond to unreasonable demands from anti-social forces as an organization, rather than leaving them to individual staff members.
3. Cooperation with outside experts
We work with outside experts, including the police, the Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and lawyers, to deal with anti-social forces.
4. Refusal and legal action
We refuse unreasonable demands from anti-social forces and take civil and criminal legal action as necessary.
5. No secret deals or funding
We never make behind-the-scenes deals with anti-social forces or provide them with funds.
6. Contract clauses
Our contracts with creators and business partners include clauses on the exclusion of anti-social forces.
