PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy

Effective September 13, 2026. Last updated September 23, 2026.

This policy explains how the NEXTA Founding Team ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information we receive through inquiries on this website or by email, creator applications and scouting, interviews, and contract procedures.

1. Information you provide

When you email us, we receive your email address and any information you include, such as your name, current creator activities, social media profiles, and questions.

The "Email us" link opens a draft in your email app. Your selection and message are not sent automatically from this website.

When you apply to become a creator, reply to a scouting message, or have an interview with us, we receive your name, age or date of birth, contact details, TikTok and other social media accounts, streaming history and results, and what you tell us during the interview. If you choose to send photos or videos, we receive those as well.

You do not need to send identity documents, bank details, passwords, or similar information with your first message or application.

Only when we reach the contract stage do we ask for your address, bank account, and identity verification information needed for the contract and payments, and we explain why before collecting them.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries; review applications and conduct interviews; propose concepts and activities; handle contract procedures; pay compensation and calculate bonuses; provide management support such as scheduling and feedback on streams; introduce opportunities offered with our contacts in Korea; and contact you about these matters.

If we intend to use it for another purpose, we will provide any notices and obtain any consent required by law.

3. Sharing and outsourcing

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent unless permitted or required by law. Where an external provider handles information on our behalf, such as a service that stores our email, we manage and oversee that provider as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

4. Sharing with third parties outside Japan

When we introduce you to opportunities in Korea, such as LIVE appearances, events, or collaborations, we may share the information needed for the introduction, such as your name or creator name, social media accounts, streaming results, profile, and photos, with contacts or event organizers in the Republic of Korea.

Before sharing, and in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we will tell you that the recipient is in the Republic of Korea, that Korea has a comprehensive data protection law (the Personal Information Protection Act) overseen by its Personal Information Protection Commission, and what measures the recipient takes to protect personal information, and we will ask for your consent. We will not share your information if you do not consent.

5. Security measures

To prevent leaks and similar incidents, we limit who handles personal information to those who need it, and we protect the accounts we use with access controls and password management. We do not keep unnecessary copies, and we delete information when it is no longer needed. When we entrust information to cloud services such as email, we check the provider's security practices and oversee them as necessary.

Cloud services such as email may store information on servers outside Japan, including in the United States. When using these services, we take security measures based on an understanding of the personal information protection rules in the countries where the data is stored.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your inquiry, application, or contract, or to meet legal requirements. We delete information appropriately when it is no longer needed.

7. Website access data

We do not use analytics tools or advertising tags on this site, and we do not set cookies to track visitors.

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub records and stores visitor IP addresses for security purposes. For details, see the GitHub Privacy Statement.
