Creator Application Terms

1. Scope

These terms apply to applications and consultations made through this website, our creator recruitment page, email, or TikTok messages from NEXTA staff.

2. Eligibility

No streaming experience is required, and we do not select based on appearance.

TikTok's rules require LIVE hosts to be at least 18 years old, so applicants must be 18 or older.

If you are currently under contract with another agency, please check the terms of that contract before applying.

3. Your application

Please provide accurate information about yourself when applying. You may not apply using another person's name, photos, accounts, or other information.

4. Selection and notification

As part of the selection process, we hold an interview of about 30 to 40 minutes online or in person.

We will contact you with the result, but we do not disclose the reasons for our decision. Applying does not guarantee that you will join NEXTA.

5. Fees

Applying, consultations, interviews, joining NEXTA, and streaming require no fees. Equipment you choose to buy, such as cameras or microphones, may be at your own expense.

We never require registration fees, deposits, lesson fees, or the purchase of equipment or other items as a condition of joining.

6. Contracts

Applying or attending an interview does not create an agency contract.

Compensation, bonuses, contract length, renewal, how to leave, and other terms will be explained before you sign, and only the terms we both agree to will apply.

Depending on your past streaming results, TikTok's rules may restrict moving to a different agency for a certain period. This is a TikTok rule, not one set by NEXTA.

7. Application information

We handle personal information provided in your application in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will publish the revised version and its update date on this page.
