SCOUT NOTICE

Scouting and Impersonation Notice

Adopted September 23, 2026

Please be careful of suspicious scouting messages or other contact from anyone claiming to be NEXTA. This page explains how to recognize messages from NEXTA and what we will never ask you to do.

1. How NEXTA contacts you

NEXTA staff may contact creators through TikTok messages or email.

We only send email from addresses ending in "@nexta.ltd".

We will announce NEXTA's official TikTok account on this site once it is ready.

2. What NEXTA will never ask

NEXTA will never ask you to pay registration fees, lesson fees, deposits, or similar charges, or to buy products, in order to join.

We will also never ask for your passwords or verification codes, ask you to send images of identity documents or bank details by direct message, or ask you to install an app or open an unfamiliar external link.

In particular, our first message will never ask for any of these. If identity documents or bank details are needed at the contract stage, we will explain why during the interview and collect them using a secure method.

3. If you receive a suspicious message

If anything about a message claiming to be from NEXTA seems suspicious, do not reply or pay, and save screenshots of the messages.

Then contact us at the official email address below, and we will confirm whether the message came from NEXTA. You can also report impersonation on TikTok using TikTok's reporting feature.

4. Where to check

Please send verification requests to NEXTA's official email address (info@nexta.ltd). Including screenshots helps us check more quickly.
